We ship to Canada only.

Orders placed today are processed the next business day.

We offer the following 3 shipping services:

  • Free Ground Shipping (3-8 Business days) on orders over $99.
  • $9.99 Ground Shipping (3-8 Business Days) on order $99 and under.
  • $19.99 Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days).

*Please note that 1-3 day shipping only counts business days. So if you place your order on a Thursday, our warehouse will then process and send it to the courier on Friday. 3-8 day shipping count starts on Monday when the package is on its way to you. So the items will be delivered to you latest on Wednesday.

30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return your items. The great thing is that exchange shipping fees are on us!

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.

If the item you return has man-made damages (soiled, got make-up, perfumed, non-manufacturer defect damages, etc.) we will send back the item to you and no refunds will be processed.

Please note that processing the return may take about 1-2 weeks starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
